Creek:
Chardonnay Reserve - Because of the oak age, match with foods that
have a nutty or creamy character to compliment the flavors in the
wine: Mushroom Risotto, Pan Roasted Monkfish, Shrimp Scampi.
Chardonnay - With a little more fruit on the palate, this Chardonnay
is extremely food friendly. Pair with a multitude of fish dishes,
fowl, and hearty chowders: Seared Salmon, Muscles w/ Saffron Sauce,
Braised Pheasant with Apples, New England Clam Chowder.
Riesling - The Finger Lakes Favorite. The balance of fruit and
acidity in this wines makes it ideal for shellfish, flaky fish, and
spicier Asian Cuisine. Also try warming up your Sauer Kraut with a
splash of wine in the pan: Poached Lobster w Butter, Grilled Brook
Trout, Pad Thai Noodles, Kielbasa and Kraut
Seyval Blanc - A lemony citrus in this wine is reminiscent of
Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. Try this wine with dishes that have
a similar acidic profile: Linguine with Clam Sauce, Tomato based
soups and sauces, Grilled Eggplant Panini
Ithaca White - Although enjoyable on its own, our house white
compliments a multitude of meals. Like Riesling, it pairs especially
well with most seafood and spicier dishes, but you should have it
whenever you like it: Red Snapper w/ Mango Salsa, Apple & Proscuitto
Salad, Roasted Chicken Fra Diavolo.
Vignoles - The mouth-watering qualities in this wine will have your
taste buds ready for food. Good body makes this wine versatile,
pairing well with dishes from salads to pork chops (try pouring some
over grapefruit sorbet): Fennel and Orange Salad, Grilled Tuna
Skewers, Lemon Thyme Pork Chops.
Ithaca Red - Pair this wine with everyday meals as a lighter treat.
Great with pastas, grilling, and vegetarian dishes: Grilled Pizza,
Sausage and Peppers, Grilled Portabello Burgers, Vegetable Tartlets.
Pinot Noir - With smoky, earthy hints this wine marries well with
smoked fish, mushrooms, and wild game. For lighter dishes, serve
this wine with a slight chill on it. Smoked Salmon and Cucumber

Merlot - Earth and oak make this wine a great match with marinades
and dry rubs. It is medium bodied, so avoid heavy sauces when

Cabernet Franc - The right amount of spice in a dish pairs perfectly
with the peppery character in this wine. Sample it with any chili or

Quintessence - A wonderfully smooth red which requires an equally
smooth dish. This delicate qualities in this wine calls for slow

careful not to match anything too sweet, because it will cancel out
